While shopping at Chiaroscuro, Heather and I ran across this book and were dying laughing. It is absolutely hilarious! I found it on Amazon.com and there is also a "sister book" called Porn for New Moms. I'm sure that one is just as funny!
I read the reviews on Amazon.com and most were great, but there were a few people who obviously didn't get that this was a sarcastic/humor book. And then again, maybe those with "perfect" husbands wouldn't get the jokes either. Anyhow, I loved it enough to blog about it and I snagged a few of the images off the website to share with you.Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI was actually at Books a Million on Monday and I saw that "Porn for Moms" book-it was hilarious! It was the same thing but in some of the pictures the dad was carrying around the baby doing the housework... making the bed... cooking... etc. It was a good laugh!

ReplyDeleteI came across those books recently in a gift shop as well, and thought they were hilarious. My favorite one was where the husband said something like, "Now that my sports car is sold, let's go out today and buy you a volvo wagon." Makes me smile, because I drive a volvo wagon:)
