Ryan took the boys to his dad's house for the night... possibly the weekend. I need some ME time (and if you read my blog you'd know exactly why). Not that I'm going to be sitting here eating bonbons and watching tv. I have a case study and two final papers due for my class on Sunday plus 3 sessions to edit and tons of photography bookwork to catch up on. Oh and I still need to unpack and do laundry and clean/organize the basement. *sigh* Do mom's ever really get a vacation?
We were cracking up because the boys have a birthday party to go to tomorrow at noon. I told Ryan "Just bring them back around 11 and I'll take them to the party" and we laughed and said we sounded like a divorced couple trying to share time HAHA!
Is it weird I'm kind of nervous to stay home ALONE? I don't think I've ever stayed home completely alone... without at least the boys... since moving here. I'm tempted to call a friend to come over to hang out with me LOL! But then I wouldn't get any work done.
So, off to my to-do list. I'm hoping to get a lot accomplished before 9 or 10 so I can veg out for a few hours before heading to bed.
I know the feeling...I used to love alone time, but I don't think I've had any since our little lady was born. I don't know that I would really know what to do with myself!
