Quick before morning quiet ends...

I love mornings when everyone is calm and quiet and still a little groggy. Porter was up at 6am, however I was able to snuggle and chat with him in bed until nearly 7 when Hudson woke up. He is now parked in front of the tube with some banana nut bread (Kim's recipe!) and is watching Little Bear. Hudson is sleeping in his swing. Everything is quite for a little while. Porter will, more than likely turn into a wild man seeing he's been up since 6am. I'm enjoying the quiet while its here... catching up on blogs, etc etc.

My migraine is gone, thank god. I hope it stays away today. The house finally cooled down with the help of a zillion fans in our house- we kept the windows and slider open and just blew all the air in and around. The temp finally dropped and it was a nice chilly night to sleep. Hudson also was a great sleeper... I fed him around 11:00 and Ry was going to do the 1ish feeding and I'd do the 4ish... but Hudson ended up totally skipping the 1am feeding and woke up at 4am and then again at 7am.

I wanted to post a few pictures last night but Hudson needed to be fed so that got put on hold.




Porter getting ready to go on a walk with Daddy. He is really into walking around with his hands in his pockets. It cracks me up... he looks like a little man.


I put Hudson in front of the slider while we were getting ready to go to my aunts. Porter grabbed this basket and moved it next to him and climbed in and they sat and watched the dogs.
