In the dining room I bought a platter and table runner from Pottery barn... got a great deal! These aren't the colors I was/am planning to put in the dining room, but until I get the $$ for an area rug, curtains and art work, this will add a bit of color to my bland walls.

The tree, of course!

I got this wreath for $2.99 at JoAnn's... 90% off all their Fall/Halloween stuff WOO HOO! I put on a copper bow to match the bow on my Card Tree, and I think I'm going to add some ornaments or something to it to "Christmas" it up a little. I am slowly going to convert our house to a "natural" colored holiday decor.... browns, golds, coppers and creams and a tad bit of greens and blues... so that the holiday decorations are complimentary to the house decor.

Here's our little elf... hiding out in the Christmas tree!

Our handprint craft for the holiday... tied with ribbon and a cranberry.
I really like the snowman handprint idea! Will have to try that.
