Chrysalis and resources

Yesterday morning we woke up to find 4 of our 5 larvae transforming into their chrysalis. Awesome!

This morning, the 5th had begun the process. So, in about 7-10 days we'll have butterflies!

I did find some websites online that might be useful if anyone is interested in raising butterflies this summer...Their typical life cycle is a couple weeks and then you can release them. You can also raise them in the winter, but obviously you have to be prepared to keep them inside for the duration of tier life cycle (aka... until they die).
