Pumpkin Picking

This year was our 3rd year visiting Adams Farm Market. We love going to Adams versus Flavor Fruit Farms as its so much more relaxed, way less crowded and the kids can just enjoy themselves in the pumpkin patch without any fear of them getting lost in the crowds. Granted, there is no petting zoo, cider, donuts, live elephant or bounce house but that doesn't matter to me. We love going to Adams and typically avoid FFF (unless its during the week, when its much quieter).

Plus.... their pumpkins are priced SO WELL! Any size is $5. We always get a couple giant pumpkins and the boys just had so much fun running around with the wagons and attempting to pick up the pumpkins and just getting some energy out. We were pretty much the only family there the entire time... a couple families came, got their pumpkins and left quickly. We kind of linger... just enjoying the quiet, picking out some fresh fruit and veggies (and Ry picked up some salsa to try too.. yum!), and letting the boys have fun.





Hudson loved this pumpkin. I put him on there to take the picture above and when I helped him off he begged to be put back on. So, he sat there for about 10 minutes, just looking around.


I'm so happy Ryan got this picture! It actually turned out great.... which isn't usual for him :)
