Itchy Itchy Scratch Scratch

I'm not so sure I'm going to make this one-week hiatus from Facebook.  Already today I've had about 15 different things I wanted to post, add, comment etc to Facebook.  And I've done good holding back, but it hasn't been easy.  Its an itch I can't scratch, and it is killing me.  I feel like I'm in detox or something!  So, Day 1 so far is good.

A little bit ago I went with my mom and sister to see a couple houses that were foreclosed and had not yet gone on the market.  My sister has been looking for a house for over a year but either hasn't found one that doesn't have major issues or it doesn't have a bedroom big enough to fit her god forsaken king sized bed.  Since these two houses were not yet on the market, they hadn't been cleaned by the bank yet.  The first house was trashed... smelly and full of old belongings strewn all around but otherwise, it just needed a good cleaning.  It was only 2 bedrooms so it was a no-go for her.  The second house was great... looked nice and spacious, great yard but once we went in the smell of cat urine hit us like a brick wall.  Disgusting.  The carpets looked saturated with cat pee.  The entire house was so rank we were gagging.  We were told the previous owners had 14 cats.  EWWW.  It definitely smelled like a litter box for 14 cats.  We had to plug our noses to make it though.  Of course, we all loved the idea of the house (minus the nastiness).  It had 3 bedrooms, a family room, living room, kitchen with attached dining area, and also another dining area off of that, a 2 car garage and large basement.  However, the bedrooms had mold on the walls (not sure how superficial or deep it went).  And then as we are leaving the guy showing us the house says they had to bomb it the fleas were so bad.  As we stepped outside I looked down and saw like 5 fleas all over my ankles.  Everyone had fleas on them! It was absolutely disgusting.  We spent 10 minutes picking fleas off our ankles and shoes and calves.  EWWW.  So, of course I've been itching all afternoon thinking about fleas. I can not stand fleas.  Ew eww ewwwww!
