We took Porter to Awanas for the first time tonight. He wavered back and forth between running into the room to join the kids to not wanting to stay to playing blocks with some boys. We kind of snuck out while he was playing and then I felt awful the whole way home. I'm sure he's fine and having fun.
Its strange only having one child home and having a 2 hour block of time somewhat free. I told Ryan that next fall when both boys are in Awanas we'll have to make it our date night (aside from Supper Club Sundays). It'd be perfect to drop them off and then go to Los Tres Amigos and have tacos and a margarita!
