Porter's Surgery in T-5 Days

Remember me talking about Porter's pee issues a few weeks ago?  Today Ryan took Porter to a consultation with a Urologist and they have scheduled him for surgery on Tuesday morning.  I thought they were going to give him a little gas and stick a tube up there and inflate/stretch it... but turns out they're actually cutting.  Of course my husband was the one to go to this appointment so the details are fully detailed.... grrr...

 I'm so nervous for him.  I know this is such a minor, minor surgery and I can not imagine how parents feel when their children actually have something MAJOR to go into surgery for... but I still feel so scared for him.  Not necessarily for him to be in surgery, but for how he is going to interpret going to the hospital and the whole procedure.  I talked to him about it today and when I mentioned hospital he immediately seemed tense about the whole thing.  :(

    awww! I cant imagine going through that as well. Ill be thinking and praying for him and you guys next Tuesday! What time is his surgery?

    My daughter had knee surgery at 4. We let her pick out a stuffed animal for the hospital and a new movie for at home. She was so excited for her new things that it wasn't a big deal for her at all (me, YES). Hang in there. Plus our neighbors brought her some toys...so she was in heaven.
