This year my word is BALANCE.
Balance is something I think everyone struggles with, especially when you're expected to wear multiple hats each day. This year we will be adding another sweet babe to our family and offsetting our 1:1 ratio here so I know balance will be something I need to focus on in order to keep life smooth.
In addition to our upcoming new addition, I want to try to achieve a good personal balance with family (husband and 3 kids) and work (both teaching and photography), school, scrapbooking, and daily chores/home upkeep. Balance is definitely something I want to keep forefront on my mind this year.
