The last book on your list reminds me of another one I've always heard is great... Bringing Up Boys by James Dobson. I've never read it myself, but I'm planning on getting it one of these days.

i would be thrilled to get that many books for xmas!!!! i have read bring it up boys. i'm not a huge dobson fan though. he is a bit conservative for me...
